How do I place my order for delivery?

Select which online virtual store you would like to purchase from! You will be taken to the store page, and you can place your order for what you would like and pay. Please note all desserts are made to order and require AT LEAST a 48-hour notice.

How much notice do you need with my order?

All orders require AT LEAST a 48-hour notice. We make our products fresh and to order so you receive everything at its best. Holiday requests must be made 72 hours prior. This includes; but is not limited to - New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving.

Do you create custom cakes?

We do create custom cakes! Just send us an inquiry via the Contact Us page. We will be able to assist you in a design of your choosing. The more information you provide, the better we can assist you.

Do you offer Gluten-Free cakes and cupcakes?

We do offer Gluten Free cakes and cupcakes. Please submit a special request via the “Contact Us” tab on the Menu. All of our icing is also gluten free. If you are not sure of nutritional information, please reach out to us!

Do you deliver outside of Metro Louisville?

Yes, we do deliver outside of the Metro Louisville area to a 50-mile radius; (this includes Bullitt County, Henry County, Meade County, Oldham County, Shelby County, Spencer County, and Trimble County in Kentucky) and (Clark County, Floyd County, Harrison County, Scott County, and Washington County in Indiana). If you are not sure if we deliver to your area, please contact us.

Do you ship desserts?

Currently, we do NOT ship desserts. We want to ensure the freshest and cleanest looking products get delivered to our clients. We are currently looking at expanding our products to include more shipping-friendly items!
